Position Purpose:
The purpose of this position is multi-tasking and provides support to the executive team of a diversified company that is in the process of starting up a new project.

Key Position Accountabilities:( Z5 s1 f9 m/ c
Provide executive supports
Conduct research & q9 U. Z7 b! o- s3 Y
Drafting business and marketing plans7 x% j" I& L! Q/ Z( b0 _
Preparing statistical reports. h! X+ r+ j* O* {' ^5 e# g" f
Handling information requests* i% x/ w" L8 Y- @% w
Perform supporting functions, such as preparing correspondence, arranging conference and calls, and scheduling meetings, etc.
Writing and arranging company web site content in English and Chinese
Writing publicity materials and releasing varies communications media7 x9 I4 N' B- L* a0 h3 m
Accompany company executive to meetings
) D# a. c! b1 ]. c4 _
Requirements:
Strong verbal and written skills in English and Chinese
Start immediately
Self-motivated
Business & Result Oriented/ l5 x5 n& s; A- z$ x9 x+ E
Work at home
Team player$ ^, |9 G: `: z: R6 ?$ O
M.B.A. or similar graduate degree a plus
2+ years business working experience a plus: _5 ^# d/ l6 [4 z: e( I- W
