The purpose of this position is multi-tasking and provides support to the executive team of a diversified company that is in the process of starting up a new project.

Provide executive supports

% o- L' @$ U7 ^Drafting business and marketing plans4 ~8 e! B4 V5 ^
Preparing statistical reports- T2 u+ F3 g" y  m/ E
Handling information requests' H- G/ ?' H# b& ~% w
Perform supporting functions, such as preparing correspondence, arranging conference and calls, and scheduling meetings, etc.) E7 E% m' g& z$ @( h  q. h- D
Writing and arranging company web site content in English and Chinese
. v  K! `, i8 `- c" ^( rWriting publicity materials and releasing varies communications media# a+ Z: |" n3 Q4 L
Accompany company executive to meetings ' Z+ D7 t" x% `

Strong verbal and written skills in English and Chinese
